Privacy policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Digital Tweezer ("we", "us") collects through digitaltweezer.com, why we collect it and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit the contact form or book a call, we receive your name, work email, company, website, budget range and message.
- Campaign information. If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, we store the campaign parameters and click identifiers (for example UTM tags, gclid, msclkid) in your browser and attach them to your form submission.
- Usage data. With your consent where required, analytics and advertising tags record pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and provide the audit or services you asked for.
- To understand which marketing channels bring inquiries and to measure our advertising.
- To maintain and improve the website.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (analytics and advertising cookies), on steps taken at your request before entering a contract (inquiries) and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Cookies and consent
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before analytics or advertising storage is used. Until you accept, those tags run in a restricted mode without cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us operate: our hosting provider, our form delivery service (FormSubmit), our scheduling tool (Calendly), and, where enabled, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement. Some of these providers process data outside your country. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and delete it on request unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email felippe.guerra.ads@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
